Abstract
Lecturers’ job satisfaction is an important factor in producing quality graduates who can support the success of national education goals. The existing phenomenon, lecturers’ job satisfaction shows a low level of satisfaction. Lecturers who are satisfied with their work will do their job well, by providing quality education and quality learning to their students, so that the educational objectives in order to produce quality graduates can be achieved. The purpose of this study is to find efforts to increase job satisfaction of PTKIS lecturers in Depok City through reinforcement organizational climate, transformational leadership and interpersonal communication. These efforts are carried out through identification of the forces between these variables. This research is a combination study using a correlational approach and SITOREM Analysis. Correlational statistical methods are used to determine whether organizational climate, transformational leadership and interpersonal communication have a positive relationship with lecturers’ job satisfaction. SITOREM analysis is used to determine the order of priorities and recommendations for improvement of the indicators needed. The results of study towards 138 PTKIS lecturers in Depok City showed that all variables were positively related to lecturers’ job satisfaction. The results of the correlation strength sequence based on the highest correlation were organizational climate ry1 = 0.442
