Abstract Stunting Issue in population growth is still considered as main issue in the challenge of world population order. Indonesia exactly on the district and city of Bogor is one region under supervision of stunting issue. ArcGIS is software which helps its user to areal mapping and scattering. This study focused on presenting the priorities of stunting on the district and city of Bogor with the help of ArcGIS. The methods used in this study are spatial analysis and linear regression weighting. The result concluded that linear regression method can help out to handle the priorities of stunting on the district and city of Bogor because the method resulted in clustering 5 criteria of stunting priorities such as: the stunting and hospital amount, the taken time and the distance to the hospital, and the hospital's class as the specifier in plot diagram of stunting patient and the handling priorities scale.
