Abstract Human resources are important for a company, so that companies can continue to survive in the business world, companies must be able to organize, motivate and give appreciation for the performance that has been done by employees. The decision support system will help the company analyze which employees have priority to get bonuses based on their performance and productivity. The MOORA (Multi Objective Optimization On The Basis Of Ratio Analysis) method is a method that is widely applied in several fields such as management, building, contracting, road design, and economics. The approach taken by MOORA is defined as a concurrent process to optimize two or more conflicting ones on several constraints.
