Abstract

The aim of this research is to solve problems and increase employee productivity and innovation through the effectiveness of occupational safety and health management and achievement motivation in permanent technical employees of PT PLN (Persero) Central Java Transmission Main Unit (Western Region). The number of samples in this research was 250 samples. Data analysis uses path analysis and qualitative analysis. The research results show that (1) There is a direct positive influence on the occupational safety and health management on employee productivity. (2) There is a direct positive influence on the occupational health and safety management on achievement motivation. (3) There is a direct positive influence on the occupational health and safety management on employee innovation. (4) There is a positive direct influence of achievement motivation on employee productivity. (5) There is a positive direct influence of achievement motivation on employee innovation. (6) There is an indirect influence on the occupational health and safety management on employee productivity through achievement motivation. Achievement motivation effectively mediates the influence of the occupational health and safety management on employee productivity. (7) There is an indirect influence on the occupational safety and health management on employee innovation through achievement motivation. The mediating effect of achievement motivation is not effective on the influence of the occupational safety and health management on employee innovation.
