Abstract
Turnover Intention is an employee's tendency or intention to quit their job.Turnover Intention is basically the same as the desire to move employees from one workplace to another. Turnover Intention can be a serious problem for an organization or company, namely if the employees who leave have good skills or expertise. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of organizational culture, servant leadership and personality on Turnover Intention through quality of work life in eight companies mineral and coal mining in North Jakarta. The respondents in this study were all 309 permanent employees at staff level. This research uses a sequential explanatory method, namely the researcher explains the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing and the results of the questionnaire are analyzed to determine the influence of each variable which is calculated using SPSS 25 analysis. The main conclusion in this quantitative research is that the analysis shows that 67.4% of the variation in Quality of Work Life is influenced by organizational culture, servant leadership, and employee personality, while 76% of the variation in Turnover Intention is influenced by Quality of Work Life, organizational culture, servant leadership, and employee personality. Variances in Quality of Work Life and Turnover Intention are influenced by other factors such as compensation, knowledge, organizational justice, work motivation, work stress, and workload. Don't forget for company leaders to provide direct examples of how good work habits can improve good work quality.
