OCB Behaviour is ensured to be able to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of organization like a school because it contains component of loyalty and devotion of a teacher along with their obedience to the organization rules and policies as well as to take responsibility for duty and job which un-associated with the job description. Based on the data taken from preliminary survey, teachers' OCB has not appeared in a number of schools particularly at public secondary school. This matter certainly will be very useful by further research. The purpose of the present study is to find an intervention to improve OCB through increasing transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and self-efficacy. The study used OCB as dependent variable, while the transformational leadership, job satisfaction, and self-efficacy as its independent variable. Correlational statistics approach on this research is to examine whether transformational leadership, job satisfaction, self-efficacy have a positive correlation with the teachers' OCB. After completing statistics analysis, research is performed using the SITOREM method to determine recommendations and find a sequence of indicator improvement priority scale from each research variable. The study involved public secondary school teachers of Depok where 372 teachers as research population while 193 teachers are selected as sample group by proportional random sampling method using Slovin formula. Consecutively, the result shows a positive correlation between independent variables with OCB variables as follows: 1) transformationalleadership (ry1 = 0.711, ?<0.05); 2) job satisfaction (ry2 = 0.792, ? <0.05); and 3) self-efficacy (ry3 = 0.829, ? <0.05); 4) there is a positive and significant correlation between the principal's transformational leadership, job satisfaction and OCB, which is indicated by the coefficient of correlation ry12 = 0.813 (? <0.01); 5) there is a positive and significant correlation between the principal's transformational leadership ER -
