This study uses path analysis which is a research uses quantitative method to analyze the strength of the direct effect of exogenous variables on endogenous variables and the indirect effect of exogenous variables on endogenous variables through intervening variables. Data collection in quantitative research was conducted by distributing questionnaires which was then analyzed by using linear regression analysis and significance as well as the Sobel Test which was supported by statistical description. The population of this study were 226 certified permanent teachers spread across seven Vocational High Schools (SMK) in Bogor Regency whose schools implement a quality management system and have an ISO 9001:2015 quality management certificate. The samples which consisted of 142 respondents was determined by using the Chochran formula. This research concludes: 1) Research Hypothesis (H1) is accepted.
