%D 2020 %T Peningkatan Kreativitas melalui Penguatan Kepemimpinan Transformasonal, Efikasi Diri dan Motivasi Berprestasi (Studi Empiris Menggunakan Analisis Statistik Korelasional dan Metode SITOREM pada Dosen Perguruan Tinggi Agama Islam Swasta di Provinsi Jambi) %L eprintsunpak157 %X The purpose of this study is to find some efforts to improve lecturers’ creativity by designing an action plan to deal with transformational leadership, self-efficacy, dan achievement motivation. This study uses the correlational method and SITOREM analysis to determine whether the variables in this study have priorities and recommendation improvements that need to be done. The population is all lecturers of private Islamic University in Jambi. Proportional Random Sampling and Slovin formula is used to take 253 samples. The results show that all variables have a significant positive correlation toward lecturers’ creativity, in order based on the strength of the correlation as follow: Self Efficacy (ry2= 0.489, ρ<0.01), Achievement Motivation (ry3= 0.480, ρ<0.01), and Transformation Leadership (ry1= 0.369, ρ<0.01). The results of the SITOREM analysis show that the indicators of lecturer creativity, transformational leadership, self-efficacy, and achievement motivation require to be improved:1)Embodiment of ideas, 2)Flexibility, 3)Idealized Influence, 4)Individualized consideration, 5)Self-confidence, 6)Motivation in completing the task, 7)High efforts, 8)Resilience in facing problems, 9)Achieving a high standard, 10)Strong desire, and 11)Competitiveness.
