However, a lack of understanding of learning methods and not optimal service to students is one of the causes of low teacher performance. Therefore, is interesting to study the performance of PAUD teachers. The purpose of this study is to find some efforts to improve teachers? performance by designing an action plan to strengthen transformational leadership, pedagogical competence, and organizational commitment. This study uses the correlational method and SITOREM analysis to determine whether the variables in this study have priorities and recommendation improvements that need to be done. The research was conducted on 655 accredited PAUD teachers in Bogor City, with a sample of 249 teachers.
