The sample chosen was 130 people with the criteria for the length of service of the lecturer between 3-15 years by proportional random sampling with the Cochran formula. This study uses a survey method with a correlational approach followed by Sitorem's analysis. The results of this study concluded that: (1) there was a positive relationship between achievement motivation and professional commitment of lecturers with a regression equation with R = 59%, (2) there was a positive relationship between empowerment and commitment of the teaching profession with regression equation with R = 51%, (3) there is a positive relationship between personality and professional commitment of lecturers with a regression equation with R = 50%, (4) there is a positive relationship between achievement motivation and empowerment together with the professional commitment of lecturers with a regression equation ? = 28,50 + 0,45X1 + 0,33X2 with R = 64%, (5) there is a positive relationship between achievement motivation and personality together with the commitment of the teaching profession with the regression equation ? = 28,43 + 0,46X1 + 0,32X3 with R = 64%, (6) there is a positive relationship between empowerment and personality together with the commitment of the teaching profession with the regression equation ? = 21,38 + 0,43X2 + 0,40X3 with R = 60%, (7) there is a positive relationship between achievement motivation, empowerment and personality together with the professional commitments of lecturers with the regression equation ? = 21,19 + 0,36X1 + 0,24X2 + 0,24X3 with R = 66% and (8) there are other factors that also have a positive relationship to increase the professional commitment of lecturers by 34%. The results of Sitorem's analysis show that the recommendations for improvement that need to be done are programs to increase commitment to the teaching profession through achievement motivation, empowerment and personality, where recommendations for improvement are on self-determination factors and encouragement to excel through day training.
