%X High engagement lecturers will show commitment, enthusiasm, and persistence to achieve excellent competence that is crucial to catch up with education goals. Unfortunately, the preliminary study in health institutions at Palembang showed that many lecturers have low engagement. Therefore, it's interesting to study. This research uses a survey method with the correlation approach to identify the strength of the relationship between engagement with personality, self-efficacy, and job satisfaction, both individually and together. Valid and reliable questionnaires collected the data. Analysis of the data used is the SITOREM method The purpose of this study is to find some efforts to improve lecturers' engagement by designing an action plan to deal with personality, self-efficacy, and job satisfaction. This study uses the correlational method and SITOREM analysis to determine whether the variables in this study have priorities and recommendation improvements that need to be done. The population is all lecturers of Midwifery Education Institute, Diploma III Program in Palembang City. Proportional random sampling and Slovin formula is used to take 150 samples.
