The study used a survey method with a path analysis approach with SITOREM analysis. The results of the study concluded that: (1) there is an effect of transformational leadership on teacher performance with a value of βy1 = 0.168, (2) There is a positive personality influence on teacher performance with a value of βy2 = 0.494., (3) There is a positive influence of personality on teacher performance with value βy3 = 0.200, (4) There is a positive transformational influence on work motivation with a value of β31 = 0.241, (5) there is a positive influence on work motivation with a value of β32 = 0.611, (6) there is a positive effect of transformational leadership on personality with a value of β21 = 0.677 .
