TY - THES N2 - Job satisfaction is an essential element needed to achieve the goal of education: to produce high-quality graduates who have global competence. Thejob satisfaction shown by the teachers in this research was far from the expectation, despite the fact that teachers who get job satisfaction make their best effort for the affiliated educational institution as well as their students. Based on the aforementioned background, this research aimed to increase teachers' job satisfaction by examining the relationship of job satisfaction with other variables, namely transformational leadership, organizational behavior and personality. This research is a mixed-method research with quantitative analysis, which uses correlational statistics to determine if transformational leadership, organizational behavior and personality are positively associated with teachers' job satisfaction. SITOREM method was used to determine the order of priorities and recommendations of what can be done to improve the condition. This research, involving 220 high school teachers working at an A-accredited private high schools located in Tangerang, Banten Province, showed that all the aforementioned variables were positively correlated.
