"Job satisfaction is a phenomenon that cannot be ignored. Long-term oriented organizations are expected to constantly monitor job satisfaction, because job satisfaction affects important things related to the running of the organization.\r\nThis study aims to find efforts to increase job satisfaction through efforts to see the influence of empowerment, organizational culture, and personality on private\r\nMadrasah Aliyah (MAS) teachers in Tangerang Regency.\r\nThis study used a survey method with a path analysis approach followed by Sitorem's analysis. The population of this study were all private Madrasah Aliyah teachers in Tangerang Regency who received Teacher Professional Allowances (TPG) totaling 139 teachers. The sample selected was 104 people by means of proportional random sampling.\r\nThe results of this study concluded that: (1) There is a positive influence of empowerment on teacher job satisfaction with a value of py1 = 0.370., (2) There is a positive influence of organizational culture on teacher job satisfaction with a\r\nvalue of py2 = 0.273, (3) There is a positive influence.
