High commitment to organization is needed in an organization, because the creation of high commitment will affect the . professional work situation in an organization. Based on the data that can be collected from the survey results by distributing pre-research instruments conducted by researchers to 3C- civil servant teachers in SMP Negeri accredited A in Bekasi City, the results show that the organizational commitment of teachers in schools is low. This study aims to find efforts to increase commitment to the organization by identifying the strength of the relationship between organizational culture, transformational leadership, achievement motivatior. and commitment to the organization. This study uses a survey method with a correlational approach with Sitorem's analysis using quantitative research methods reinforced by Sitorem's analysis to determine whether there is an influence of organizational culture variables, transformational leadership and achievement motivation with organizational commitment. The SITOREM method is used to determine the order of priority and recommendations for improvements that need to be done. The study population was 527 civil servant teachers at State Junior High Schools accredited A in Bekasi City.
