The sacrificial animal (Qurban Animal) business is one of the businesses that requires fast and accurate stock information. Qurban animal stock data is needed as a medium of information for resellers who sell the animal according to the existing stock in the breeders. The large stock of livestock and registered resellers who order on a qurban animal farm requires breeders to provide the latest stock data quickly and accurately. There are several problems that often occur in the process of presenting this information. Resellers often experience clashes at the time of ordering, due to the delay of breeders in providing the latest stock information on qurban animals. In this study, the authors tried to create a Qurban Animal Stock Model Using the Scrum Method with Firebase Technology Based on Mobile Applications. The model to be built is an application that is intended as a medium for presenting information about the availability of stock of qurban animals on a farm for its resellers. However, as for this application model, livestock resellers can also be used to place orders for qurban animals with a fast process using Realtime Database (Firebase).
