Satisfaction shows how the level of supervisor's ability to achieve results, especially in terms of quality and quantity. Based on the above background, the purpose of this research is to produce ways and strategies to increase teacher job satisfaction through the identification of the strengths of the relationship between situational leadership, organizational culture, and achievement needs with job satisfaction of private junior high school teachers in South Jakarta. This research uses a combination research method between Correlational Research and SITOREM Analysis. The population of this research is the Permanent Teachers of the A-Accredited Private Junior High School Foundation in South Jakarta, totaling 418 people. The research sample of 205 respondents was determined using the Taro Yamane formula, selectedusing the proportional random sampling method. . The results show that there isa positive and very significant relationship between situational leadership and job satisfaction with a correlation coefficient (ryl) = 0.701 (strong), there is a positive and very significant relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction with a correlation coefficient (ry2) = 0.721, there is a significant relationship positive and very significant between the needfor achievement with job satisfaction with a correlation coefficient (ry3) = 0.700.
