It is conducted to the fifth semester students of English Language Education Study Program, Faculty of Teachers Training and Educational Science, Pakuan University. The population with 63 students as much as 17 students are choosen as sample randomly. The researcher applies pre-experimental method using a quantitative approach. One-Group Pre-test and Post-test design are used for this research with three treatments. The data are taken from students’ translating score. The result of L-value of normality test is 0.135 which is lower than L-table 0.206. Thus,Lo =Lvalue 2.12. It can be concluded that alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. In addition, the use technical media-based lessons affect students’ translating ability.
