The variables are self-confidence, motivation, reading culture, creativity, and technological literacy. The strategies to improve teacher innovation are practical recommendations to the head of the Education Office, School Supervisors, School Principals, and Teachers. The 231 people selected sample amounted by multistage proportional random sampling with the Taro Yamane formula. This study uses the Modeling Method and Optimization of Management Resources Strengthening (POP-SDM) as an alternative sequential exploration method with a path analysis approach and continued with Sitorem analysis. The results of this study concluded that there are the positive effects of: (1) self-confidence on teacher innovation (?y1 = 0.220), (2) motivation on teacher innovation (?y2 = 0.272), (3) reading culture on teacher innovation (?y3 = 0.316), (4) creativity on teacher innovation (?y4 = 0.119), (5) technological literacy on teacher innovation (?y5 = 0.084), (6) confidence on creativity (?41 = 0.406), (7) motivation on creativity (?42 = 0.361), (8) reading culture on teacher technological literacy (?53 = 0.750).
