description: Abstract  Maluku Language (Ambon - Malay) is one of the languages in Indonesia that is used in   Maluku Province. It's very rare for this language to be spoken by Moluccans themselves, especially   those who live outside Maluku Province. In fact, there are also some native Moluccans who do not   know the language of origin of the region. Especially among young people who do not get knowledge   of the Maluku language (Ambon - Malay) from parents. So many of them do not realize how   important it is to learn the native language.  Based on the problem above, it was compiled "Comparison of Knuth Morris Pratt Algorithm and   Booyer Moore's Algorithm in Searching Words in the Moluccas-Indonesian Digital Vocabulary   Dictionary". In this study, using two algorithms to compare the speed of searching data that has   been inputted. With this system, it is expected to make it easier for users to search for words in the   Maluku-Indonesian dictionary.
