Poor teachers' service quality tend to decline learning process effectiveness and it will impact the output quality of education. It means that there is a discrepancy between "das sein" and "das sollen" therefore the service quality problem is interesting to study. The aims of this research was to find several efforts to improve teachers' service quality by researching variables that assume have a relationship, which are servant leadership, self-efficacy and work satisfaction. This study uses sequential explanatory design to testing the relationship between servant leadership, self-efficacy and work satisfaction and service quality. Based on these findings, the SITOREM analysis will use to make recommendations and determine the order of priorities for improvements that need to be made. The population was 1097 public junior high school teachers at North Jakarta. The samples are 294 teachers, taken by proportional random sampling and Slovin formula. Data from the results of this study were analyzed using the SITOREM Method to make recommendations and determine the order of priorities for improvements that need to be made. The result shows that there is positive relationship between servant leadership with service quality (ry I =0,3775); there is positive relationship between Self-efficacy with service quality with (ry2 = 0.4663,p} }
