Pakuan N2 - This research aims to find solutions to overcome counterproductive work behavior among employees at automotive companies in the city of Bekasi, by determining the factors that influence counterproductive work behavior. This type of research is empirical research with a mixed method approach with the data analysis technique used in this evaluation research is quantitative descriptive analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Lisrel and qualitative using interpretive structural modeling (ISM). By distributing questionnaires to respondents determined using a proportional random sampling technique of 310 from a population of employees at automotive companies in the city of Bekasi, quantitative research results were obtained which stated that workload, role ambiguity and role conflict had a significant relationship with work stress. and Counterproductive Work Behavior. Job stress is not significant mediates the relationship between workload, role ambiguity, and role conflict on Counterproductive Work Behavior. Meanwhile, based on qualitative results, it is stated that the solution to overcome this can be done by dealing with Counterproductive Work Behavior which is focused on indicators of task demands, role demands, family problems, economic problems, and role ambiguity variables on indicators of unclear responsibilities, unclear goals and unclear roles and scope of work. Thus, the results of the study recommend the importance of considering the factors of workload, conflict, and role ambiguity that influence work stress and CWB in employees in the automotive industry.. The results of this research contribute to stressor theory, attribution theory and organizational behavior where implications for theory and practice can reduce the counterproductive work behavior of worker.
