This research uses a survey method with a correlational approach and SITOREM analysis. The research population was 147 people using simple random sampling calculated using the Slovin formula as many as 108 Islamic Middle School teachers in Cibinong District, Bogor Regency. The statistical tests involved in this research include prerequisite tests, hypothesis testing with simple and multiple regression analysis, correlation tests and coefficient of determination tests. For indicator analysis, use SITOREM analysis. The research results show that there is a positive relationship between: (1) development of transformational leadership and increased teacher creativity (ry1 = 0.455); (2) development of organizational climate with increased teacher creativity (ry2 = 0.333); (3) development of self-efficacy by increasing teacher creativity (ry3 = 0.392); (4) development of transformational leadership and organizational climate with increased teacher creativity (ry12 = 0.480); (5) development of transformational leadership and self-efficacy with increased teacher creativity (ry13 = 0.511); (6) organizational climate and selfefficacy with increasing teacher creativity (ry23 = 0.408); and (7) development of transformational leadership, organizational climate, and self-efficacy together with increasing teacher creativity (ry123 = 0.512).
