"The teacher's commitment to the organization is very important, because the presence of teachers in the school organization is the key to competitiveness and the realization of the school's vision, mission and goals. Teachers who have a\r\nstrong commitment to the organization enable them to carry out their duties effectively and are committed to strengthening the school's existence. The purpose of this study was to empirically determine the increase in organizational commitment by examining its relationship with job satisfaction and teamwork in teachers who are the best Permanent Foundation Teachers (GTY) in private elementary schools in Cibitung District, Bekasi Regency. The number of research samples was 124 teachers who were randomly selected using proportional random sampling. In this case the correlation method is used. In testing the hypothesis used parametric statistical analysis in the form of simple and multiple linear regression analysis, simple and multiple correlation analysis and partial analysis with a significance level of α = 0.01 and α = 0.05. This study provides three conclusions. First, there is a very significant positive relationship between job satisfaction (X1) and organizational commitment (Y), which is shown by the simple linear regression equation Ŷ= 40.03 0.716X1 correlation coefficient ry1= 0.729, coefficient of determination Ry12= 0.5312. Second, there is a very significant positive relationship between teamwork (X2) and organizational commitment (Y), which is shown by the linear regression equation Ŷ = 34.64 0.778X2 correlation coefficient ry2 = 0.58, coefficient of determination\r\nRy22 = 0.3362.
