This study uses a correlational quantitative approach and SITOREM analysis. The population of the study consisted of 211 Principals of Public Elementary Schools in Bogor City, and a sample of 138 people was chosen randomly from the Siovin formula. Quantitative data were collected through questionnaires and statistical analysis methods using regression and correlation. The SITOREM analysis is used to help make recommendations and determine the priority order for the improvements needed.
