Penelitian pengembangan pada media pembelajaran perlu dilakukan sebab semakin berkembangnya pemanfaatan teknologi dalam dunia pendidikan yang memasuki pembelajaran abad ke-21. Kebutuhan media pembelajaran video untuk siswa dilakukan dalam memenuhi penerapan teks multimodal. Pengembangan dilakukan melalui rancangan media pembelajaran pada materi teks berita dengan mengacu kerangka kerja TPACK (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge). Tujuan penelitian untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran video berbasis TPACK pada materi teks berita, produk dinilai kelayakannya oleh validator, lalu di uji keefektifan melalui angket respons guru dan siswa serta uji N-gain. Model ADDIE diterapkan pada penelitian ini dengan tahapan analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Validasi dilakukan oleh validator ahli melalui instrumen angket yang menilai kelayakan produk. Hasil validasi dari ahli media sebesar 89,5% dengan kriteria “sangat layak”, validasi ahli bahasa memperoleh skor 91,5% dengan kriteria “sangat layak”, dan validasi ahli materi menghasilkan skor 96% kriteria “sangat layak”. Hasil keefektifan produk yang diperoleh melalui angket respons guru dengan skor 100% dan respons siswa sebesar 82%. Pemerolehan uji N-gain terhadap hasil belajar siswa yang didapatkan melalui pre-test dan post-test adalah 0,8 dengan kriteria tinggi dan terjadinya peningkatan terhadap hasil belajar. Peningkatan nilai rata-rata siswa setelah penggunaan media pembelajaran video memiliki tingkat keefektifan dengan kriteria “efektif” sebesar 76,6%. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan media pembelajaran video berbasis TPACK pada teks berita layak dipakai sebagai salah satu media pembelajaran dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar kelas VII di SMP Generus Mandiri Bogor. Development research on learning media needs to be done because of the growing utilization of technology in the world of education entering 21st century learning. The need for video learning media for students is carried out in fulfilling the application of multimodal text. The development was carried out through the design of learning media on news text material by referring to the TPACK (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge) framework. The research aims to develop TPACK-based video learning media on news text material, the product is assessed for feasibility by validators, then tested for effectiveness through teacher and student response questionnaires and N-gain tests. The ADDIE model was applied to this research with the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Validation was carried out by expert validators through a questionnaire instrument that assesses the feasibility of the product. The validation results from media experts amounted to 89.5% with "very feasible" criteria, linguist validation scored 91.5% with "very feasible" criteria, and material expert validation scored 96% with "very feasible" criteria. The results of product effectiveness obtained through the teacher response questionnaire with a score of 100% and student response of 82%. The achievement of the N-gain test on student learning outcomes obtained through the pre-test and post-test is 0.8 with high criteria and an increase in learning outcomes. The increase in students' average scores after the use of video learning media has an effectiveness level with "effective" criteria of 76.6%. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the development of TPACK-based video learning media on news texts is feasible to use as one of the learning media in teaching and learning activities for grade VII at Generus Mandiri Junior High School in Bogor.
