Analysis of Usability and User Experience of XYZ Mobile Banking Using SUS and UEQ Moh Reza Lesman Kusuma1 1 Department of Computer Science, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Science, Pakuan University, Bogor, West Java, 16143, Indonesia Abstract Digital transformation in the banking sector has led to the rapid growth of digital banking applications in Indonesia, offering convenient financial transactions without time and location constraints. However, the success of an application is not only determined by the number of users, but also by its usability and user experience. This study aims to evaluate the usability and user experience of the XYZ digital banking application using two main instruments, namely the System Usability Scale (SUS) and the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Data were collected from 103 active users and analyzed to obtain mean scores and interpretations based on each method. The results show that the application achieved a SUS score of 64.5, categorized as grade C (OK) and considered acceptable, although still below the industry average based on percentile rank. The UEQ results indicate that five dimensions, namely Attractiveness, Perspicuity, Efficiency, Dependability, and Stimulation, are rated positively, while the Novelty dimension remains neutral, indicating a lack of innovation. Based on these findings, improvements are recommended in navigation, interface consistency, system performance, and feature innovation. These enhancements are expected to improve overall usability and create a more competitive and engaging user experience..
