Abstract

SILVA DWI YANTI. 022121127. The Influence of Return on Assets (ROA), Current Ratio (CR), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Stock Prices of Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange During the 2019–2023 Period. Supervised by: YOHANES INDRAYONO and ELLYN OCTAVIANTY. 2025. Stock prices reflect a company’s value and are affected by various internal and external factors. One of the fundamental indicators frequently used to evaluate financial performance is financial ratios, including Return on Assets (ROA), Current Ratio (CR), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). This study aims to examine and explain the influence of Return on Assets (ROA), Current Ratio (CR), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on stock prices in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019 to 2023. The population of this research consists of 30 food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the IDX, with 20 companies selected as samples using a purposive sampling method based on the completeness of financial data. This research employs a quantitative approach with a verificative design. Data analysis was conducted using panel data regression processed through EViews 12, including descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing using the F-test, t-test, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results reveal that, partially, Return on Assets (ROA) and Current Ratio (CR) have a positive influence on stock prices, while Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has no significant influence on stock prices. Simultaneously, ROA, CR, and DER collectively influence stock prices in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019–2023 period. Keywords: Return on Assets (ROA), Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Stock Price.
