The Implementation of Graphic Organizer in Reading ActivityUlfahMariyahauthorThe paper entitled “The Implementation of Graphic Organizers in Reading Activity” was purposed to investigate the use of graphic organizers in reading activity for the students. The research employed descriptive qualitative research. This research was conducted at Mts Nurul Ilmi Bojonggede Bogor. The participants of this research were students of ninth class in that school. This research was guided by using one research question “Does the use of graphic organizers in reading activity give a positive impact for students?”. Moreover, the instruments of data collection used in this study were questionnaire and interview. The questionnaires were given to figure out the implementation of graphic organizers in reading activity. Besides, the interview was done to find out further information towards reading activity which covers three steps. Those are before reading, during reading, and after reading. It is found that the students have positive responses towards the use of graphic organizers in their reading activity.
