Organizer in Reading Activity</mods:title></mods:titleInfo><mods:name type="personal"><mods:namePart type="given">Ulfah</mods:namePart><mods:namePart type="family">Mariyah</mods:namePart><mods:role><mods:roleTerm type="text">author</mods:roleTerm></mods:role></mods:name><mods:abstract>The paper entitled “The Implementation of Graphic Organizers in Reading&#13;
Activity” was purposed to investigate the use of graphic organizers in reading&#13;
activity for the students. The research employed descriptive qualitative research.&#13;
This research was conducted at Mts Nurul Ilmi Bojonggede Bogor. The participants&#13;
of this research were students of ninth class in that school. This research was guided&#13;
by using one research question “Does the use of graphic organizers in reading&#13;
activity give a positive impact for students?”. Moreover, the instruments of data&#13;
collection used in this study were questionnaire and interview. The questionnaires&#13;
were given to figure out the implementation of graphic organizers in reading&#13;
activity. Besides, the interview was done to find out further information towards&#13;
reading activity which covers three steps. Those are before reading, during reading,&#13;
and after reading. It is found that the students have positive responses towards the&#13;
use of graphic organizers in their reading activity.&#13;
