The study involved 70 eighth-grade students, divided into two groups: the experimental group used Cake application, while the control group used YouTube. The pre-tests and post-tests used to collect the data consisted of 30 multiple-choice listening comprehension questions. These results suggest that structured, interactive mobile applications like Cake can provide more effective support for students' listening comprehension than unstructured platforms like YouTube.
