knowing and using vocabulary contextually. However, during the English session,&#13;
some students find it quite difficult to do so. Additionally, the media used by the&#13;
teacher is not enticing to make the students feel motivated. Therefore, the research&#13;
to tackle this problem is needed. This research employs Quantitative One Group&#13;
Pre-Test Post-Test research design. It involves a class of the fifth grade, which&#13;
consists of 28 students, in SDN Selakopi Bogor, West Java, as the sample for this&#13;
research. The objective of this research is to measure whether or not Audio Visual&#13;
aids is effective to enrich the students’ vocabulary level. Moreover, the&#13;
instruments for this research are pre-test and post-test. The finding of this research&#13;
is analyzed by using t-test calculation. The result of this research showed mean&#13;
score for pre-test was 60.7 while the mean score for post-test was 77.5.&#13;
Additionally, t-observed was 10, while the t-table with the df value of 27 at the&#13;
significant level of 0.05 was 2,05. According to the result, it was concluded that&#13;
the alternative hypothesis of this research was accepted, because the value of t-&#13;
observed was higher than the t-table (10 &gt; 2.5). This also meant Audio Visual&#13;
Aids was effective to enrich the students’ vocabulary mastery.&#13;
