Abstract&#13;
Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem penilaian kinerja Pegawai Pemerintah Non Pegawai Negeri&#13;
(PPNPN) di PSITP Bogor dengan menerapkan metode Fuzzy AHP untuk menentukan bobot kriteria dan&#13;
metode MABAC untuk menghitung skor serta peringkat pegawai. Hasil perhitungan menggunakan bobot&#13;
dari penilai instansi menunjukkan bahwa Pencapaian Tujuan memiliki bobot 0.395, Keterampilan Kerja&#13;
0.238, Kerja Tim 0.200, dan Inisiatif dan Kreativitas 0.167, dengan peringkat tertinggi diraih oleh Ujang&#13;
melalui skor 0.3949, diikuti Nanang dan Riansyah. Perhitungan pembanding menggunakan bobot dari&#13;
ahli ekonomi menghasilkan bobot Pencapaian Tujuan 0.2452, Kerja Tim 0.2483, Keterampilan Kerja&#13;
0.2811, dan Inisiatif dan Kreativitas 0.2255, dengan hasil MABAC yang menempatkan Ujang sebagai&#13;
skor tertinggi sebesar 0.3758, disusul Nanang dengan skor 0.342 dan Icak dengan skor 0.1095.&#13;
Perhitungan telah divalidasi menggunakan Python dan uji kelayakan oleh lima penilai instansi&#13;
menghasilkan skor 229 dari total 250 atau persentase 91,6%, yang menunjukkan bahwa sistem bekerja&#13;
sesuai fungsi dan struktur yang dirancang serta dapat digunakan untuk proses penilaian kinerja di PSITP&#13;
Bogor.&#13;
