abstract: ABSTRAK 

Yosakoi matsuri adalah salah satu budaya atau festival yang Dapat mewakili Jepang. Hal tersebut dikarenakan hingga saat ini yosakoi mengalami banayak perkembangan dan menjadi salah satu dari sepuluh festival terbaik yang ada di Jepang. Sejalan dengan hal itu, lahirlah jalinan kerja sama yang terjadi antara Jepang dengan berbagai negara diseluruh dunia. Penelitian ini akan membahas tentang bagaimana Perkembangan yang terjadi pada yosakoi matsuri dan
bagaimana yosakoi matsuri dapat dijadikan sebagai soft diplomacy Jepang dan berbagai upaya yang telah dilakukan Jepang untuk memperkenalkan yosakoi matsuri ke seluruh dunia.

ABSTRACT
Yosakoi is a culture or festivals that can represent Japan. This is because until now Yosakoi has experienced many  Developments and has become one of the ten best festivals in Japan. In line with this, the cooperation between Japan and various countries around the world was born. This research will discuss how the developments that have occurred in yosakoi matsuri and how yosakoi matsuri can be used as Japan’s soft diplomacy and the various efforts that have been made by
Japan to introduce yosakoi matsuri to the world.
