Di bawah bimbingan: SRI HIDAJATI RAMDANI dan DION ACHMAD ARMADI Tahun Persetujuan: 2025\r\nProgram CSR Bakti BCA merupakan wujud komitmen PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) dalam mendukung peningkatan mutu pendidikan di Indonesia, khususnya di wilayah dengan capaian pembangunan manusia yang masih rendah. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode Quality Function Deployment (QFD) untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan dan harapan stakeholder di sekolah binaan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Bakti PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA). QFD dipilih karena kemampuannya mengidentifikasi kebutuhan stakeholders (Voice of Customer) dan menerjemahkannya ke dalam aspek teknis program pendidikan yang lebih terukur. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyusunan House of Quality (HoQ) berdasarkan hasil identifikasi kebutuhan kepala sekolah, guru, dan pihak terkait lainnya, yang diperoleh dari data sekunder dan dokumentasi program CSR.\r\nHasil penerapan menunjukkan bahwa prioritas perbaikan tertinggi berada pada (1) Metode Pelatihan mudah dipahami dan aplikatif, (2) Pengembangan modul pelatihan berbasis kurikulum dan pendekatan inkuiri (3) Program mentoring dan kunjungan berkala oleh fasilitator dan (4) Penyediaan fasilitas dan media pembelajaran literasi sains kesimpulan utama dari tugas akhir ini adalah bahwa penerapan Quality Function Deployment (QFD) mampu memberikan arah strategis berbasis kebutuhan nyata untuk mendukung keberhasilan program pendidikan di sekolah binaan CSR BCA secara berkelanjutan.\r\nKata Kunci: CSR, Sekolah Bakti BCA, QFD, House of Quality"^^xsd:string;
