Di bawah bimbingan ASEP ALIPUDIN dan AMELIA RAHMI. 2025.\r\nPertumbuhan pesat sektor teknologi berkontribusi signifikan pada ekonomi nasional. Namun, persaingan yang meningkat mendorong kenaikan biaya operasional, yang berpotensi menurunkan kinerja perusahaan dan menyebabkan financial distress. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas, likuiditas, leverage dan aktivitas, baik parsial maupun simultan, terhadap financial distress pada perusahaan teknologi yang terdaftar di BEI 2019-2024.\r\nPenelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan teknologi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Tahun 2019-2024. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 11 perusahaan. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data dianalisis dengan SPSS 29 melalui uji regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis.\r\nHasil analisis uji t, dapat disimpulkan bahwa profitabilitas (ROA) positif dan leverage (DAR) negatif secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Financial Distress. Akan tetapi, likuiditas (CR) dan Aktivitas (TATO) tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap Financial Distress. Secara simultan, keempatnya signifikan mempengaruhi Financial Distress pada perusahaan teknologi yang terdaftar di BEI 2019-2024.\r\nKata Kunci: Profitabilitas (ROA), Likuiditas (CR), Leverage (DAR), Aktivitas (TATO) dan Financial Distress (Altman Z-score)."^^xsd:string;
