Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) Pada Hotel Salak The Heritage&#13;
Bogor”, dibawah bimbingan WONNY AHMAD RIDWAN dan DEWI TAURUSYANTI, &#13;
2025.&#13;
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi profil budaya organisasi di Hotel Salak The &#13;
Heritage Bogor dengan menggunakan pendekatan Organizational Culture Assessment &#13;
Instrument (OCAI) yang dikembangkan oleh Cameron dan Quinn. Analisis dilakukan &#13;
berdasarkan enam dimensi utama budaya organisasi, yaitu karakteristik dominan, &#13;
kepemimpinan organisasi, pengelolaan karyawan, perekat organisasi, penekanan strategis, dan &#13;
kriteria keberhasilan.&#13;
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi yang saat ini berlaku (current) &#13;
didominasi oleh tipe Hierarchy Culture, yang menekankan struktur, stabilitas, dan kontrol. &#13;
Sementara itu, budaya organisasi yang diharapkan (preferred) oleh responden cenderung &#13;
mengarah pada Adhocracy Culture, yang menekankan inovasi, fleksibilitas, dan keberanian &#13;
dalam mengambil risiko. Pada dimensi kriteria keberhasilan, responden lebih mengharapkan &#13;
tipe Clan Culture yang menekankan kerja sama dan nilai kekeluargaan.&#13;
Perbedaan signifikan antara budaya saat ini dan yang diharapkan menunjukkan adanya &#13;
kebutuhan dan keinginan untuk melakukan perubahan budaya organisasi. Oleh karena itu, &#13;
organisasi perlu mengarahkan transformasi budaya ke arah yang lebih inovatif, kolaboratif, &#13;
dan adaptif, guna meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja dan daya saing di industri perhotelan.&#13;
