Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di \r\nKementrian Sosial Republik Indonesia Direktorat Jenderal Sosial Sentra “Galih Pakuan”. \r\nSkripsi Prodi Manajemen Konsentrasi Sumber Daya Manusia Fakultas Ekonomi dan \r\nBisnis Universitas Pakuan, di bawah bimbingan DR. HARI MUHARAM dan \r\nRAMLAN. 2025.\r\nPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis tingkat kedisiplinan kerja,\r\nkinerja pegawai, serta pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Sentra Galih \r\nPakuan Bogor. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif verifikatif dengan pendekatan \r\nexplanatory survey, di mana populasi seluruh karyawan Sentra Galih Pakuan Bogor \r\nberjumlah 66 orang yang dijadikan sampel sensus. Metode analisis data meliputi analisis \r\ndeskriptif, uji asumsi klasik (normalitas, linieritas, heteroskedastisitas), regresi linier \r\nsederhana, koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis t\r\nHasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata‑rata skor disiplin kerja sebesar 81,17% tergolong \r\nSangat Baik, sedangkan rata‑rata skor kinerja pegawai 82,12% tergolong Baik. Uji asumsi \r\nklasik terpenuhi; persamaan regresi yang diperoleh adalah Y = 8,288 + 0,834 X. Koefisien \r\ndeterminasi (R² = 0,664) mengindikasikan 66,4% variasi kinerja pegawai dijelaskan oleh \r\ndisiplin kerja, dan sisanya dipengaruhi variabel lain. Uji t menghasilkan thitung = 9,737 > \r\nttabel = 2,010 (p < 0,05), sehingga hipotesis bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan \r\nsignifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai diterima\r\nKata Kunci: Disiplin kerja, Kinerja Pegawai"^^xsd:string;
