Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi kerja, kinerja pegawai, dan &#13;
pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di PERUMDA Tirta Pakuan Kota Bogor. &#13;
Penelitian menggunakan metode verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel terdiri dari &#13;
210 pegawai tetap yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan &#13;
dengan regresi linier sederhana, uji t, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan &#13;
bahwa motivasi kerja pegawai berada pada kategori sedang dengan rata-rata 66,3 persen, di &#13;
mana kebutuhan fisik menjadi indikator tertinggi dan penghargaan terendah. Regresi linier &#13;
menunjukkan pengaruh positif kinerja terhadap motivasi kerja dengan koefisien 0,111. Uji t &#13;
menghasilkan nilai signifikansi 0,003, lebih kecil dari 0,05, yang berarti kinerja berpengaruh &#13;
signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja.&#13;
