yang diterapkan oleh Optik Melati dalam membangun Brand Awareness melalui &#13;
inovasi layanan optik panggilan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan &#13;
kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi kasus, mengacu pada teori Kotler melalui &#13;
konsep tiga strategi utama yaitu Pull, Push, dan Pass. Teknik pengumpulan data &#13;
dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil &#13;
penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi Pull dilakukan melalui penyebaran &#13;
informasi edukatif di media sosial seperti Instagram dan WhatsApp, serta &#13;
penggunaan konten visual dan hashtag khusus. Strategi Push diterapkan dengan &#13;
memanfaatkan media identitas seperti seragam, kartu nama, dan flayer promosi, &#13;
serta mengikuti kegiatan acara dan menyelenggarakan pemeriksaan mata gratis &#13;
di berbagai kegiatan seperti bazar lokal. Sementara strategi Pass diterapkan &#13;
melalui keterlibatan dalam kegiatan sosial seperti pembagian kacamata baca dan &#13;
kolaborasi bersama komunitas. Ketiga strategi tersebut berhasil membentuk &#13;
Brand Awareness di kalangan masyarakat sekitar, khususnya di wilayah Citayam &#13;
dan Depok. Inovasi layanan optik panggilan yang ditawarkan dinilai relevan &#13;
dengan kebutuhan konsumen masa kini yang menginginkan layanan praktis, &#13;
personal, dan mudah dijangkau. &#13;
