Stock prices reflect a company’s value and are affected by various internal and external &#13;
factors. One of the fundamental indicators frequently used to evaluate financial &#13;
performance is financial ratios, including Return on Assets (ROA), Current Ratio &#13;
(CR), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). This study aims to examine and explain the &#13;
influence of Return on Assets (ROA), Current Ratio (CR), and Debt to Equity Ratio &#13;
(DER) on stock prices in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the &#13;
Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019 to 2023.&#13;
The population of this research consists of 30 food and beverage sub-sector companies &#13;
listed on the IDX, with 20 companies selected as samples using a purposive sampling &#13;
method based on the completeness of financial data. This research employs a &#13;
quantitative approach with a verificative design. Data analysis was conducted using &#13;
panel data regression processed through EViews 12, including descriptive statistics, &#13;
classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing using the F-test, t-test, and the &#13;
coefficient of determination (R²).&#13;
The results reveal that, partially, Return on Assets (ROA) and Current Ratio (CR) have &#13;
a positive influence on stock prices, while Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has no &#13;
significant influence on stock prices. Simultaneously, ROA, CR, and DER collectively &#13;
influence stock prices in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the &#13;
Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019–2023 period.&#13;
