One of the fundamental indicators frequently used to evaluate financial \r\nperformance is financial ratios, including Return on Assets (ROA), Current Ratio \r\n(CR), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). This study aims to examine and explain the \r\ninfluence of Return on Assets (ROA), Current Ratio (CR), and Debt to Equity Ratio \r\n(DER) on stock prices in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the \r\nIndonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019 to 2023.\r\nThe population of this research consists of 30 food and beverage sub-sector companies \r\nlisted on the IDX, with 20 companies selected as samples using a purposive sampling \r\nmethod based on the completeness of financial data. This research employs a \r\nquantitative approach with a verificative design. Data analysis was conducted using \r\npanel data regression processed through EViews 12, including descriptive statistics, \r\nclassical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing using the F-test, t-test, and the \r\ncoefficient of determination (R²).\r\nThe results reveal that, partially, Return on Assets (ROA) and Current Ratio (CR) have \r\na positive influence on stock prices, while Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has no \r\nsignificant influence on stock prices. Simultaneously, ROA, CR, and DER collectively \r\ninfluence stock prices in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the \r\nIndonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019–2023 period.\r\nKeywords: Return on Assets (ROA), Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), \r\nStock Price."^^ .
