The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, focusing on the Analysis, Design, Development, and Implementation stages. The subjects of this study were eleventh-grade students of the hospitality program at a vocational school in Bogor. Data were collected through interviews, questionnaires, expert validation sheets, and students’ response questionnaires. The results of the needs analysis revealed that English plays a crucial role in the hospitality field, especially in the Front Office department. Speaking was identified as the most essential skill, while students still faced difficulties in pronunciation, vocabulary, and confidence in speaking. Based on these findings, an English workbook was developed focusing on communicative activities and real-life hotel situations. The results of expert validation indicated that the developed workbook is feasible, with the media aspect scoring 80% (feasible), the language aspect 98.5% (highly feasible), and the material aspect 100% (highly feasible). In addition, students’ responses reached 86.30%, which is categorized as highly feasible. These findings suggest that the workbook is relevant, engaging, and appropriate for students’ needs. In conclusion, the developed English workbook is considered feasible and relevant based on expert validation and students’ responses. Therefore, it has the potential to be used as a supplementary learning material for supporting students’ English communication in Front Office contexts.
