Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses Pascatrauma yang dialami oleh tokoh utama dalam novel Things We Never Got Over karya Lucy Score. Pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif digunakan untuk memahami secara mendalam aspek-aspek psikologis, emosional, dan social yang membentuk pengalaman trauma tokoh utama setelah mengalami kejadian traumatis. Penelitian ini juga mengkaji penerapan teori trauma Schiraldi dalam konteks naratif serta faktor sosial dan budaya yang mempengaruhi proses penyembuhan dan pertumbuhan tokoh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman trauma yang dialami secara berkelanjutan mempengaruhi proses identitas, hubungan interpersonal, dan pengembangan diri tokoh. Selain itu, penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya dukungan sosial, keberanian, dan kesadaran diri dalam proses pemulihan dari trauma. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pemahaman isu Gangguan Stres Pascatrauma melalui karya sastra.
