Based on the analysis of \r\ntechnological developments, starting with advances in computerization, it has triggered significant \r\nchanges in how companies manage their businesses and compete in increasingly competitive markets. \r\nThe need for information has become a key factor in competition, and effective data processing through \r\nInformation Technology (IT), such as websites and mobile applications, has become crucial. The research \r\naims to develop an Android-based Knowledge Management System using the Inukshuk and Sequential \r\nSearch Methods. This system is designed to enhance employee productivity through the easy access to \r\nthe distribution and documentation of company knowledge. The research process resulted in an \r\napplication that can effectively manage and distribute knowledge, improving employee productivity by \r\nproviding broader access to information. The research conclusion shows that the use of the Inukshuk and \r\nSequential Search Methods successfully created an efficient application for the distribution and \r\ndocumentation of knowledge. With this application, companies can improve employee productivity, as \r\nknowledge can be easily and widely searched.
