The application was systematically developed\r\nfollowing the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) methodology, and for evaluation, it was tested on\r\n20 10th-grade vocational students specializing in Computer and Network Engineering during their first\r\nsemester. Assessment results demonstrated a significant pedagogical impact, with student comprehension\r\nshowing an 88.25% improvement when comparing pretest and posttest scores. User acceptance was notably\r\nhigh across various stakeholder groups: students expressed an 87.2% satisfaction level, educators provided a\r\nfavorable assessment of 93.33%, and multimedia experts rated the tool at 84.00%. These findings collectively\r\naffirm the application's strong usability and educational value.
