Abstract

Bogor Regency has a vision to realize the most advanced, comfortable and civilized regency, and has a clear 5(five) stages mission and strategic potential to increase the Human Development Index (JPM) and Performance Indicator in Bogor Regency. To realize these things is to improve the quality of human resources, namely the Governmental Officers at Bogor Regency. In this moment, the quality and work behavior that is demanded by organization with improving Extra-role behavior which is called as Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The purpose of this study is to find an effort to increase organizational citizenship behavior of Generation X and Generation Yemployees through the identification of the influence of servant leadership and work motivation. This research was conducted on Generation X employees are Governmental Officers aged 44 - 55 years and Generation Yemployees are Governmental Officers aged 23 - 43 years at Bogor Regency. The research sample was 180 persons of Generation X and 86 persons of Generation Y from 3 agencies and 11 offices of Regional Government at Bogor Regency. This research uses a Comparative approach and Ex-Post Facto and is completed by a qualitative approach through the Delphi technique. The findings revealed that there is a significant difference (p <0.05) between the variables and each dimension of OCB Generation X and Generation Y with the variables and each dimension OCB Generation Y is higher than OCB Generation X; Servant Leadership has a significant and positive effect on OCB with t count> t table and regression equation Y= 88.642 + 0.345X,for OCB Generation X and Y= 82. 785 + 0.419X,for aCB Generation Y, Work Motivation has a significant and positive effect on OCB with t count> t table and regression equation Y = 47.921 + 0.640 Xifor OCB Generation X and Y = 48.961 + 0.662 Xrfor OCB Generation Y, Servant Leadership and Work Motivation has a significant and positive effect on OCB with F count> F table and regression equation Y = 42.265 + 0.126XJ + .558X2for OCB Generation X and Y = 47.497 + 0.026XJ + 0.646X2for OCB Generation Y, contribution Servant Leadership of Generation Y with R2 = 18,7% is higher than Generation X with R2 = 15,4%, and contribution Work Motivation of Generation Ywith R? = 48,3% is higher than Generation X with R2 = 31,8%. The results of qualitative research Servant Leadership, Work Motivation and OCB of Generation X shows similarities with the results of quantitative research Servant Leadership, Work Motivation and OCB of Generation X The results of qualitative research Servant Leadership, Work Motivation and OCB of Generation Y shows similarities with the results of quantitative research Servant Leadership, Work Motivation and OCB of Generation
