Abstract

PAUD Accreditation Program is an accreditation activity as a process of evaluating the feasibility and performance of schools as an overall event in capturing the real condition of schools compared to established standards. The implementation of PAUD accreditation in the City of Serang is carried out in order, evaluating the application of the accreditation process in preparing the quality of the Institute in the City of Serang, Banten Province, regarding the policies and implementation of accreditation The preliminary survey showed several problems with PAUD accreditation at Serang City in terms of context, input, process, and product. A comprehensive evaluation is needed to obtain a practical recommendation for this program. This research used a qualitative method, and CIPP model by Stufllebeam to evaluate, the following components: a. Contexts consist of components (Analysis of Needs, Objectives, Targets and Policies). b. Inputs (Strategies and Targets, Work Procedures, Organizational Structure, Budget/Financial Support, Monitoring Partnerships, Evaluations, Organizations, Resources, Facilities and Infrastructure). c. Process (Program Identification, Scheduling, Assignment, Organization and Assessment) d. Products (Program Achievement of Implementation Results and Program of Implementation Benefits) The results showed that: 1) the need evaluation (Context Evaluation) was in a Good category, 2) implementation (process Evaluation) was Fair, 3) the preparation indicators (Input Evaluation) was mostly at the Good category, and 4) the results and benefits of implementing program activities (Product Evaluation) at the level of Good category. These findings suggest that the program can be continued with improvement in several aspects. Based on this recommendation, the renewal program will have a significant impact on PAUD Institution, especially for teachers, the community in general, and other relevant institutions.
