Abstract

High organizational commitment is needed in every profession because to fulfill the need for public trust in the quality of services provided by a profession in this case is the profession as a teacher. Therefore organizational commitment will foster a sense of belonging for teachers to their organization. Organizational commitment shows a person's desire to stay and work and devote himself to the maximum for his organization. Teachers who have organizational commitment will be more able to survive as part of their organization than teachers who are not committed 2 to their organization. In general, this study aims to find efforts to increase commitment to the organization, namely by designing an action plan against weak indicators as a result of SITOREM analysis on the variables of Job Satisfaction, Organizational Culture, Transformational Leadership and Personality. used in this research is PATH analysis to determine whether the variables in the study have a positive direct influence on commitment to the organization. SITOREM analysis, is used to determine priorities and recommendations for improvements that need to be made. The study population was all private kindergarten teachers in Sukabumi district. The sampling technique in this study used multistage random sampling. Determination of the number of samples in the next study is to calculate the number of samples using cluster random sampling, with the Slovin formula to obtain a sample of 239. Based on the results of quantitative research it is found that all variables have a significant positive effect on commitment to the organization, in order based on the strength of influence as follows: Job Satisfaction (ry1 = 0.398, ρ <0.05), Organizational Culture (ry2 = 0.285, ρ <0.05), Transformational leadership (r4y3 = 0.419, ρ <0.05) and Personality (r41 = 0.475, ρ < 0.05) Based on the results of the SITOREM analysis, it shows that the components of Job Satisfaction, Organizational Culture, Transformational Leadership and Personality that need improvement are: (1) Openness, (2) Consientiousness, (3) Togetherness in Organizations, (4) Feed back, (5) Feelings Having, (6) Realizing Organizational Goals, (7) Desired Service, (8) Increasing income, (9) Team Orientation (10) Values, (11) Intellectual Simulation (12) Ideal Influence. As for the advice to school principals and teachers is to maintain indicators that have good enough value.
