Abstract

The principal's performance has an important part of school effectiveness. The higher principal's performance, the more opportunity for shool to achieve their goals. Unfortunately, from initial study, it was found some problem fenomena in principal's performance, therefore we need a study that can provide information on variables related to increasing principal's performance The purpose of this study was to discover some effective efforts to increase Principal's performance by researching the relationship between variables related to it, which are integrity, decision making, and transformational leadership. This research uses sequential explanatory design. The population of this study was 224 with a sample cf 144 Elementary Public School Principals which were selected by proporsional random sampling of 6 Sub District in Serang city, Banten. Quantitative data were collected by questionnaires and statistical analysis were used was regression correlation. The SITOREM analysis method is used to make recommendations and determine the priority sequence of improvements that need to be made. Qualitative data were collected by observation, in-depth interview, documents analysis and focus group discussion. The results of quantitative research found that all variables significantly have a positive relationship with Principal's performance in a row according to the strongest correlation were integrity (ry/ = 0.739, p
