Abstract

The creativity of teachers in planning and executing lessons is essential for improving the quality of education. Several factors influence creativity, involving key elements that are believed to determine the interdependence among these elements. This study sampled 185 accredited public school teachers who are civil servants with teaching certificates and have been working for 3-15 years, spread across 7 districts in South Tangerang City, using proportional random sampling. This quantitative research employed a survey method, collecting data from respondents through questionnaires. Teachers' creativity was assessed using a standardized scale developed by the researchers. The verification analysis method utilized path analysis to test both direct and indirect relationships between variables in the model. Based on data processing, statistical calculations, hypothesis testing, and SITOREM analysis, the study found an impact on teacher creativity for each tested variable indicator. The findings revealed that teacher creativity could be enhanced through transformational leadership, teamwork, ICT literacy, and achievement motivation. This indicates that, overall, the tested variables positively and significantly affect teacher creativity.
